2. Services Covered
This policy applies to the following services on our Platform:
- Contact reveal payments (payments made to reveal property owner contact details)
- Premium listing fees (if applicable)
- Other service fees as may be introduced from time to time
3. General Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our services, most payments are non-refundable once the service has been delivered. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, and we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
3.1 Contact Reveal Payments
Contact reveal payments are generally non-refundable once the contact information has been revealed to you. This is because:
- The service is delivered immediately upon payment confirmation
- You receive access to property owner contact details instantly
- The information cannot be "returned" once accessed
3.2 Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Technical Errors: If a payment was processed due to a technical error on our Platform
- Duplicate Payments: If you were charged multiple times for the same service
- Service Not Delivered: If you paid but did not receive the service due to our error
- Property Misrepresentation: If the property listing was found to be fraudulent or significantly misrepresented
- Unauthorized Transaction: If the payment was made without your authorization
4. Refund Request Process

5. Refund Processing Time
If your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days from the date of approval
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method used
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed
6. Non-Refundable Situations
The following situations are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Change of mind after receiving contact information
- Property owner not responding to your inquiries
- Property already sold or rented
- Price negotiations that don't work out
- Personal circumstances preventing property purchase/rental
- Service already consumed or information already accessed
7. Payment Gateway Fees
Please note that payment gateway processing fees (if any) are non-refundable. In case of an approved refund, the net amount (after deducting processing fees) will be refunded to you.
8. Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may:
- Request a review by our management team
- Contact your bank or payment provider for chargeback (subject to their policies)
- Seek resolution through consumer protection authorities in your jurisdiction
9. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel a payment before the service is delivered:
- If payment is pending or not yet confirmed, you may cancel the transaction
- Once payment is confirmed and service is delivered, cancellation is not possible
- For property listings, you may remove your listing at any time, but listing fees (if paid) are non-refundable

We reserve the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of our Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

No return will be provided as this is a service-based company.
Refund - If any refund approved by the company, it will take 7 working days to credit to your original source account.
